Modern Monetary Theory and European Macroeconomics – book and summer school!

I’m very excited to be working on the index of my book with the above title, which is the last thing I have to prepare before the book goes into production. For those who can’t wait – there are a few out there, I know –  there is the course at the summer school of Maastricht University from July 18-22. Below you find the table of contents of my book.
