Currency history

Need data on currency exchange rates? OANDA has a nice web site to get that free. It is possible to get monthly, quarterly or yearly data, if you don’t want your data on a daily basis. By the way: OANDA was spun out of an econometric research and development firm called Olsen and Associates by founders Richard Olsen and Michael Stumm in 1995. So Oanda is not a madeup name (like Yahoo or Google), but it’s short for O&A. Took me years to figure that out.
